This web service contains the function to add the text message to the db for logged in user.

  AddTextMessage Web service method to add text message for logged in user, that Receives RequestInfo class object who contains required information to assign ticket,In return it will send ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation is successfull ,if not it will return errorCode and errorMessage.
