DebtRegistrationConfirmedTMA2004
Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information for Debt Registration Confirmed TMA 2004 for the ticket. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
