This web service contains the functions to Set PCN to Alternate Stage.

  Receives RequestInfo class object which contains required information to Set PCN To Alternate Stage. In return it will return ResponseInfo class object which will tell whether an operation was successfull, if not it will return ErrorCode and ErrorMessage.
